Q.2- Doctor what are the common symptoms ?

Ans- it’s important to know the difference between anxiety and the virus so that if you’re experiencing anxiety, you won’t run to the hospital . Some of the more common anxiety symptoms include:

Feelings of panic, fear, and nervousness*Uncontrollable, obsessive thought *Irrational ritualistic behaviors *Excessive sweating or numbness in the hands or feet *Shortness of breath, hyperventilation *Chest pain or heart palpitations *An inability to be still and calm *Dry mouth, nausea, dizziness

As far as the symptoms of COVID-19 are concerned, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) indicate that people with the virus exhibit three primary symptoms:

Ans- When you feel yourself getting caught up in fear of what might happen, try to shift your focus to things you can control. For example, you can’t control how severe the coronavirus outbreak is in your city or town, but you can take steps to reduce your own personal risk. One should believe in his strong will power that nothing will happen to him. These positive thoughts boost his strength, however your routine medicine will continue.
