Agra: Child To Women Were Treated In The Medical Store

Agra : From children to women were treated in the medical store busted in Trans Yamuna area of ​​Agra police station. Minors were administering drips. The health department has registered a case against the Medical store operator. Police are investigating the case. After collecting the evidence, a charge sheet will be filed in the court.

The Health Department team raided Bala Pharmacy located at Rahul Nagar, Tedi Bagiya on Wednesday afternoon. Patients were seen in the front part of the shop. Injections and medicines were being administered. Two minors were also treating the patients. Patients were administered drips in the back of the shop. These ranged from a 2.5-year-old child to a 45-year-old woman.

The operator had neither license nor registration to run the clinic. The team sealed the shop. There was no fire NOC either. There was no arrangement for disposal of medical waste. Nodal Officer Dr. Piyush Jain registered the case in the matter. Shekhar Bala and two minors were named in the case.

Inspector Anand Prakash, in-charge of Thana Trans Yamuna, says that the punishment in the case is less than seven years. For this reason notice will be given to the accused. At the same time, evidence related to the plaintiff will be sought. After this a charge sheet will be filed in the case.
