Drug Injections Were Also Fake…Injections Sold In Name Of Delhi Company

Patna: Addiction…that too fake. The injections being used by drug addicts were found to be fake during investigation. The team of the Drug Department and Kankarbagh Police recovered injections worth about Rs 25 lakh from a hideout of drug mafia on Saturday. Three businessmen were also arrested.

When the recovered injection Buprenorphine was tested, it was found to be fake. Even in October 2023, the drug department team had recovered only Buprenorphine. The recovered Leegesic injections were labeled Venera Health Care. When information was sought from this Delhi company, it was told that this injection is not manufactured by the company. Batch number was also wrong. Mismatch of fonts and labels was also found.

Warehouse taken without agreement, Aadhaar card was also fake

If we believe the investigation so far, the leader of this chain of drug mafias is Brajesh of Hilsa. Brajesh’s brother Amarjeet is in jail in a drug smuggling case. After the raid last October, Brajesh changed his location and made his warehouse at Anjali Mehta’s house in Jaggery Market of Alamganj. However, Brajesh had not made the rent agreement. Police have got the Aadhar card of Brajesh. Name of mother or father is not there in the Aadhar card. Police suspect that Brajesh has also got the Aadhaar card made fake. Here the police are conducting raids in search of Brajesh. Police also raided Brajesh’s hideouts in Hilsa, Nalanda, but could not arrest him. In Patna also, police are keeping an eye on people associated with Brajesh.

Businessman is also a drug addict, said – you get a kick by mixing buprenorphine and avil

Businessmen Sagar, Aditya and Siyaram were caught with the injection of Rs 25 lakh. All three are drug addicts. Said- Take it by mixing buprenorphine and avil. It’s more fun and gives a kick. During interrogation, these businessmen told the police that their targets are school and college students. They target crowded areas. Consumption of drugs is high in Kankarbagh, Patrakar Nagar, Digha, Gardanibagh and Jakkanpur.

Raids in search of drug mafia Brajesh

On Sunday, when the drug department team reached Kankarbagh police station and examined the injection, it was found that it was not made by Venera Health Care. Labels has been used. Now the police will send the sample from recovered narcotics to FSL for investigation.

Police also found two diaries from Brajesh’s warehouse. The names of many drug peddlers and shopkeepers are written in both. There are many suspicious numbers in the mobile phones of the arrested businessmen. There are also WhatsApp chats with many medicine shopkeepers. Kankarbagh Police Station Officer Neeraj Thakur said that investigation is going on. Some names have emerged. Raids are going on in search of him.
