Portea Medical & ConvaTec join hands to bring Ostomy and Wound Management Home

Bangalore Portea Medical, India’s largest out-of-hospital consumer healthcare services company, has recently partnered with ConvaTec. ConvaTec is a global medical products and technologies company focused on therapies for the management of chronic conditions, with leading market positions in advanced wound care, ostomy care, continence and critical care, and infusion devices. As part of this tie-up, Portea in partnership with ConvaTec will offer ostomy care and wound management services in all major Indian cities.

The tie-up will enable patients to get discharged from hospitals post-surgery to avail products and services at the comfort of their homes. They will also have access to other services like nutrition consultation and physiotherapy along with visits by trained and experienced nurses from Portea.
