Two Women Arrested With Banned Medicines, Carrying To Nepal

Motihari: Birgunj Police of Nepal has detained 2 women along with banned medicines. Sentinel Deputy Superintendent Kumar Vikram Thapa said that this action was taken near Rajat Jayanti Chowk of Ward No. 16. While checking the passenger train coming from Raxaul towards Birgunj, the sentry post Inerva suspected the presence of banned drugs.

After this, two women residents of Ramgarhwa were detained on the basis of suspicion. When examined, Buprenorphine 144 ampoules, Diazepam 149 ampoules and Phenergan 131 ampoules were recovered from the woman. Apart from this, Buprenorphine 148 ampoules, Diazepam 147 ampoules and Phenergan 147 ampoules were recovered from the other woman.
