Govt Job: For B.Pharm, M.Pharm as Junior Research Fellow

The Central Council for Research in Siddha (CCRS) is an autonomous body registered under societies act in July 2010 under Dept. of AYUSH, presently Ministry of AYUSH), Government of India, New Delhi.

It is an apex body in India for initiating, undertaking, formulating, developing, co-ordinating and promoting research in Siddha on scientific lines.

Central Council for Research in Siddha is recognized as a Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (SIRO) by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India from 21.08.2014.

Post : Junior Research Fellow (Pharmacology)

Name of the IMR project : Hepatoprotective activity of Flueggea virosa against D-Galactosamine induced liver damage in rats.

Number of post : One
Essential qualification : B.Pharm /B.V.Sc / M.Sc. in Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Zoology / M.Pharm (Pharmacology) from a recognized University with experience in handling of laboratory animals.

Desirable :
(i) Qualified NET/ GATE/ GPAT (ii) Experience in Handling of Laboratory animals (rats).
(ii) At least one publication in science citation index journal.

Age limit : Not more than 28 years as on the date of interview. Age relaxation shall be applicable as per GOI rules.
Pay : Rs. 31,000/- p.m. + 24 % HRA

Duration :5 months.

General Terms and Conditions :
1. Age limit: Not exceeding 28 years as on the date of interview. Age relaxation shall be applicable as per GOI rules.

2. The above position is purely on temporary basis and co-terminus with the project. There is no provision for re-employment after termination of project. The selected candidate will not have any right for claiming pay scale or absorption against any regular post being vacant on a later date at this institute/council.

3. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. Candidates attending the interview should bring the original educational qualification, experience certificates and publications, any identity proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Pan card etc) with xerox copies and two passport size photos. Candidates already working should produce “No Objection Certificate” in case he/she is employed elsewhere.
