Ho-Lis-Tic, are ‘bols’ of Cure Tabla Maestro Zakir Hussain missed

New Delhi: Playing tabor, Wah Taj fame late Tabla maestro Zakir Hussain’s  bols were always flawless and beyond compare. But when it came to choosing treatment for most difficult lung condition called Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF), his finger failed to hit the right note. Though allopathy ’s success in curing this lung condition is non- existent, there are evidences of survivors when treatment protocol was different.

Sample this – Dr Shanti Talwar was in the vice like grip of the same lung condition which killed Zakir Hussain but ditched it under the treatment of allopathic turned acupuncture expert Dr R. K.Tuli and now completes over 20 years of her lung health growing into her late eighties, thanks to holistic medicine therapy. Dr Talwar is senior consultant, pediatric surgeon, Indraprastha Apollo hospital, formerly Professor  & Head of Pediatric Surgery Maulana Azad Medical College (New Delhi) who suffered from Advanced Interstitial lung disease/ Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis.

Here is what Dr Talwar has to say of her lung condition and finally its cure: ‘I have undergone drug free holistic medicine treatment by Dr R.K.Tuli at his Soham Clinic. Due to my pulmonary problem, I used to feel tired, exhausted and DYSPNOEA/ breathless on mild exertion. After consulting eminent thoracic physician both in India and abroad (London &USA) through network of my students all over the world, I was told nothing much could be done. But after having this treatment for about 4 months, I have tremendously improved in my symptoms and I really now believe about the Theory of Life Force which can cure many incurable ailments’.

Due to her consistently worsening condition and physical incapacity, when Dr Talwar went to submit her resignation to then Director of Medical Service, Major General B.M. Aiyanna at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, he advised her to undergo holistic Medicine Therapy at Soham Clinic.  She is the living example of cure from this incurable lung condition, though allopathy has none.

Dr R. K Tuli, trained in modern medicine, is a well known Acupuncture expert and has earned the tag of being Father of Holistic Medicine in India, runs SOHAM Clinic at New Friend’ s Colony and is much respected and valued among allopathic doctors. Dr Tuli was formerly in Armed Forces Hospital in Delhi. Dr Pratap C Reddy, Chairman and Patriarch of Apollo group of hospitals picked Dr Tuli to start Holistic Medicine Department at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital.

Sharing testimonial of Dr Shanti Talwar and talking to Medicare News, Dr Tuli said, ‘Holistic medicine which includes modern medicine, Acupuncture, Ashtang yoga, Ayurvedic Panchakarma, laser, Psycho- Hypnotherapy et al, is an effective answer to seemingly incurable lung condition IPF.  There is solid evidence that various lung ailments have been cured by complementing drug free modalities of Holistic Medicine to conventional medical management of these patients. As allopathy is abysmally deficient in treating Idiopathic pulmonary Fibrosis, hundreds so patients of this condition are dying in heavily polluted Delhi due to ignorance about holistic medicine.

It is to be noted that be it Delhi or California, there is no proven medication in allopathy to treat IPF that killed the maestro. According to specialists, most of the patients do not survive beyond 3-4 years after the diagnosis. There are only a couple of anti fibrotic medicines that prove deficient in treating the condition.  It is high time patients suffering from this disease need to be made aware of effective holistic medicine.
