The Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT) Mumbai, will host the official launch of RasayanAI, an AI-powered platform designed to transform drug discovery and scientific research, on September 1, 2026, at the K V Auditorium, ICT Mumbai.
The launch will bring together researchers, faculty members, PhD and Master’s students, pharmaceutical scientists and industry professionals to experience how artificial intelligence can be integrated into modern pharmaceutical and chemical research.
Rasayan AI, developed by Rasayan Labs, is positioned as an AI operating system for pharmaceutical R&D, bringing multiple drug-discovery capabilities into a unified research environment. The platform combines chemical intelligence, molecular analysis, synthesis planning and predictive tools to help researchers move from scientific data and molecular ideas towards actionable drug-discovery decisions.
‘Rasayan Labs’ collaboration with ICT began through Professor Prashant Kharkar and grew into a formal MoU for joint research in protein target identification and therapeutics, already yielding a three-week design-to-candidate timeline for dual COX-2/mPGES-1 inhibitors as part of an inflammation program with 23 candidates identified. This launch brings that collaboration full circle.
