Drug Smuggler Arrested With 100 Buprenorphine Injections

Roorkee : In view of the complaints being received regarding drug injection in Roorkee area, SSP Haridwar coordinated with Area Officer Roorkee and directed Inspector-in-charge Kotwali Roorkee to reach out to the drug dealers spreading the poison of drugs in the society under the leadership of Inspector-in-charge Kotwali Roorkee Manoj Mainwal. There was constant pressure to reach there.

In the same sequence, during surprise checking, one accused Firoz son of Amir Hassan, resident of Sot Mohalla Kotwali Roorkee, was successful in arresting him with 100 Contraindicated Injection (Ligesic Buprinophen).

A case was registered against the accused under the NDPS Act. The police team included Kotwali Roorkee in-charge Inspector Manoj Mainwal, SI Nitin Singh Bisht (post in-charge Sot B), Head Officer Vipin, Constable 772 Suresh.
