“Nilavembu Kudineer” proves best remedy for dengue fever and chikungunya in Kerala

New Delhi : Monsoon season brings lot of diseases as it is a season of mosquitoes and weather change. To save peoples from the viral fever, dengue, chikungunya, especially the vector-borne diseases, Siddha herbal drug, ‘Nilavembu Kudineer’, is being distributed in Kerala now by the Siddha practitioners.

Nilavembu Kudineer is made from nine herbal ingredients, which have antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, and immunomodulatory actions. To control the threateningly increasing dengue and chikungunya virus infections, Nilavembu Kudineer is distributed in all the centres of national health mission (NHM) and National Ayush Mission (NAM), at medical camps and Siddha dispensaries.

Two years ago, this medicine proved its effectiveness in Tamilnadu, when there was wide spread of the influenza and mosquito-borne diseases.  This medicine can also give to the peoples coming along with the patients as a preventive cure.

This herbal composition is used to reduce symptoms associated with fever such as body ache, headache, muscle pain, loss of energy, fatigue, weakness etc. Its effectiveness to reduce joint pain, joint swelling and rashes associated with chikungunya infection is marvellous.

Best thing of this medicine is it can be taken as liquid and powder form. In Kerala, there are eight running Siddha dispensari es and one Siddha hospital under the state government. At Ayurveda hospitals, eight Siddha units are working separately as a part of the annual health project.
