Fujifilm India Installs 125 AMULET Innovality Digital Mammography Machines Across India

New Delhi : FUJIFILM India, a leading pioneer in advancing healthcare imaging technologies, has achieved a significant milestone by deploying 125 AMULET Innovality digital mammography machines across India, marking a noteworthy advancement in the field of digital mammography. This achievement underscores the company’s commitment to enhancing the fight against breast cancer and expanding its installation base continually.

According to Globocan data from 2020, breast cancer constituted 13.5% (178,361 cases) of all cancer diagnoses and 10.6% (90,408 cases) of all cancer-related deaths in India. These statistics emphasize the critical importance of early breast cancer detection in improving survival rates.

As reported by IndiaEducationDiary.com, FUJIFILM India believes it has a societal obligation to raise awareness about early breast cancer detection and equip healthcare professionals with cutting-edge technologies to better serve the community. To further this mission, the ‘Together Against Breast Cancer’ conference was held in Goa from September 15th to 17th, 2023.
