Bee might have bared Fangs like Death for Karishma Kapoor’s Ex Hubby

It is assumed bee bite could have triggered fatal heart attack in Sanjay Kapoor

Delhi/London:  It is not a wild guess that bee sting might have caused fatal heart attack in Sanjay Kapoor, a well known industrialist of Delhi and actress Karishma Kapoor’s ex hubby. It is a well established medical fact. According to reports, while Sanjay Kapoor (53) was playing polo in London, he got to swallow a bee which it is said might have caused him deadly sudden heart attack. Bee sting can cause allergic reaction in the body leading to sudden heart attack.

Dr. Ashish Agarwal, Director & Unit Head (Unit-1)-Cardiology, Aakash healthcare confirmed the possibility of bee bite induced heart attack. In a statement to Medicare News, Dr Aggarwal said, ‘ It has been reported in the literature that a bee sting can cause a heart attack. The mechanism behind this rare occurrence is believed to involve an allergic reaction triggered by the sting, which leads to the release of certain chemicals in the body. As a result, vasospasm is induced meaning the arteries of the heart are narrowed which can lead to a heart attack. Although such cases are rare, they have been documented and can occur. Sanjay Kapoor, Chairman and non executive Director Sona Comstar died on June 12 in London.

The fact that he happened to ingest a bee has been corroborated by one celebrity Suhel Seth saying, ‘Sunjay died of a heart attack, apparently after swallowing a bee during polo match in England, though his company communiqué has not mentioned bee bite.
