Govt Job: For Pharmacist under Ministry of Defence | Salary upto Rs. 81,100 pm

According to the provisions of the Cantonment Act of 2006, the Jammu Cantonment Board, an independent entity controlled by the Government of India and the Ministry of Defense, performs mandatory and optional duties.

The Cantonment Act lays down both the mandatory and discretionary functions of the Board such as education, public health, sanitation, roads, street lighting, water supply and birth and death registration.

For administration and civil representation, the cantonment board is divided into seven wards.

There are various other rules such as the Cantonment Account Code, Cantonment Fund Servant Rules, Cantonment Land Administration Rules, and Cantonment Property Rules which emanate from the Cantonment Act.

Application are invited from eligible candidates for appointment to the following posts in the G B Pant Cantonment General Hospital, Jammu Cantt

Post: Junior Pharmacist (Allopathic)

No of Posts : 01 UR
Pay Scale : Rs. 25500-81100 (Level -4)

Age as on 15.07.2022 : 21-30 Years

Educational qualification : 10+2 with a diploma in Medical Assistant/Pharmacist trg. From recognized institute.

Age Relaxation
(i) Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC & ST 03 years for OBC and 10 years for physically handicapped candidates.

(ii)  Age relaxation for persons will be governed as per the orders issued by the Government from time to time.

Eligible candidates will have to appear in a written test/interview for which the date and time will be intimated to the candidates separately.

No TA/DA will be paid.
