Govt Job: For Pharmacy Graduates at Indian Institute of Technology

The Indian School of Mines was formally established on December 9th, 1926, by Lord Irwin, the Viceroy of India at the time, to address the demand for mining-related trained labor in the nation. The school offers programs in mining and applied geology.

In 1967 it was granted the status of a deemed to be university under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956. Since its establishment, IIT(ISM) has undergone considerable expansion of its activities, and presently it can be considered a total technology education institute.

Post : Project Assistant (PA)

Applications are invited under the sponsored project and the details are given below.

Project: Improving the Economic Well-Being of Scheduled Tribe Communities (ST) Using Game Theoretic and Operations Research Techniques in the Jamtara District of Jharkhand State.

Essential Qualification
• Graduation in Engineering/Technology/Medicine/Pharma or graduation in Science from a leading institute with a good track record

• At least one year of working experience (mandatory) in prominent roles for handling statistical analysis and related activities is essential.

Age limit: Preferably below 35 years (Relaxation as per GoI norms)

Job Description

• Data collection using primary survey and data analytics

• Documentation and report preparation.

• Development of optimization model

• Handling the project management aspect for this project• Keeping a record of inflows and outflows in this project

• The Project Assistant will report to the investigators of the project

Tenure of Post: For three years or based on the end date of the project whichever is earlier

Salary: Rs. 22000/-per month (consolidated)
