Banned Injection Issued By Storekeeper

The investigation revealed that hospital storekeeper Praveen Upadhyay mistakenly issued the banned injection, leading to his suspension. The company has been debarred from undertaking any government contracts for five years and blacklisted for two years. Additionally, a fine of ₹3.01 lakh has been imposed on the company. The use of the injection produced by Radiant Parenterals Limited was banned.
