2 Youths Arrested With 44770 Pregabalin Capsules

Raisinghnagar: To curb drug abuse, the city police has once again arrested two youths with 44770 Pregabalin drug capsules. The police took this action near the village Satjanda. The police are interrogating both the youths.

Additional Superintendent of Police Bhanwarlal said that the police is continuously taking action against drug smugglers. He said that after receiving information,  police arrested Ganesh Kumar, resident of Patrora and Ankush resident of Khichiyan near village Satjanda on Sunday morning, along with a cartoon containing intoxicating pills. Police have also seized the bike of the accused.

Ganesh Kumar runs a medical store in Satjanda itself. He was also selling drugs under the guise of this medical store.

It is being said that the drug was delivered here through a bus. The police are investigating where the other strings are connected in this drug racket. Police said that the accused has received a bill of endorsement from Bansal Pharma Company of Zirakpur Punjab in the name of M/s Jagdamba Pharma, Sriganganagar. Police say that strict action will be taken against other people involved in this racket.
