Simultaneously, the doctor was arrested while sealing the clinic. Without an MBBS degree, Dr. Choudhary was running this clinic for the last ten years. During this, Dr Chaudhary told the raiding team that the patients coming to the clinic are treated at Jyoti IVF Center and Smriti Seva Sadan in Jamshedpur.

After examining the records of the patients, it was found that in the last six months, more than 100 abortions have been done at Jyoti IVF Center in Sakchi and Smriti Seva Sadan in Dimna Lake Road. Drug Inspector Shani Bada, who was in the team, prepared the seizure list of medicines. Civil surgeon Dr. Sahir Pal, who is leading the team, said that the team raided on the instructions of the Deputy Commissioner. Dr IN Chowdhary, who operated the clinic illegally, has accepted his crime. Dr Chaudhary has been arrested by the police.

On asking Dr. Sushil Sharma of Smriti Seva Sadan in this matter, he said that his Dr. There is no relation with Chowdhary. Then paused for a while and said – IMA is a qualified doctor. I can do abortion up to 3 months under the prescribed rule. Whenever there is some issue, my name comes up. Wherever I have to answer, I will answer. On the other hand, the head of Jyoti IVF Center, Jyoti said that this is no time to call. It’s Tuesday and I’m in the temple. Saying this hung up the phone. After this call was not received.
