Job for M.Pharm, M.Sc as Junior Research Fellow at BITS

The Birla Institute of Technology & Science, BITS Pilani is an all-India Institute for higher education. The primary motive of BITS is to “train young men and women able and eager to create and put into action such ideas, methods, techniques and information”.

The Institute is a dream come true of its founder late Mr G.D.Birla – an eminent industrialist, a participant in Indian freedom struggle and a close associate of the Father of Indian Nation late Mr. Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi (Mahatma Gandhi).

Applications are invited from suitable candidates for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work on the following project sponsored by Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), under the supervision of Dr. K V G Chandra Sekhar, Department of Chemistry BITS-Pilani, Hyderabad Campus.

Title of the project :Design, Synthesis and Biological Evaluation of 1,2,3-triazole Hybrids as Novel Quorum Sensing Inhibitors
Duration of the project : Three years

Fellowship amount : Rs.31000/- + 24% HRA (Rs.7440/-)
Eligibility requirements : M.Sc.(Chemistry) / M.Pharm or equivalent degree with 55% marks and passing of NET/GATE/GPAT test.
Age : Maximum 28 years

Please note that only qualified and suitable candidates will be called for interview to be held though google meet in the third or fourth week of July 2021.

Shortlisted candidates will be mailed the date and time along with the google meet link. Selected candidate may be permitted to register for Ph.D programme of BITS, Pilani, subject to the fulfillment of the requirements.
