DR. HARISH KUMAR NOMINATED FOR THE GREAT INDIAN AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE IN THE FIELD OF PHARMACY

Dr. Harish Kumar has been nominated for “The Great Indian award” organized by

Rastriye pratima raksha samman sammitti. He will be honored for this award for his valuable contribution in the field of pharmacy and prestigious research work done during his doctoral studies. He, during his PhD, after a literature research of more than six months, designed, synthesized, analyzed and evaluated few new molecules that can prove to be very useful for the management of psoriasis. He delivers the credit of his successful research to his guide cum mentor Dr. Sandeep Jain for his valuable guidance, parents and better half Mrs. Payal.

Dr. Harish has completed more than fifteen online pharmaceutical industrial/clinical/

e-certification courses from National Institute of Health, USA, US FDA and Biopharma Institute New Jersey. Two years back in 2012, he topped with hundred percentile, the open access Good clinical practice (GCP) test conducted by Pharma School, UK. He is well acquainted with the knowledge of scientific writing and creation of essential documents, fundaments of clinical research, clinical trials including cancer studies and project management with pharmacovigilance as the field of interest for him. He has GATE qualified as acknowledgment to his curriculum for which he was awarded with scholarship for all two years of his masters by All india council of technical education (AICTE), New Delhi. He had been the topper of PhD entrance test, as a result of which he was honored with scholarship for three years of doctoral studies. To his acclaim, he has two books; one published in Germany and other one copyright, published papers in national and international journals and presented his glorious research at conferences, article publications in magazines and medical newspapers all around.

He also delivered a guest lecture at a national level conference in haryana. He is an advisory, editorial board member and reviewer of many national and international pharmaceutical journals including elsevier (sciencedirect), bentham and springer etc. His research article on cancer published in European journal of medicinal chemistry (elsevier/sciencedirect), in 2013 remained the most downloaded article for the long time and getting more and more citations day by day. He is a perfect personality in literature search, project design, review and research article writing.
