Accused Caught With 400 Pregabalin Capsule Handed Over To DCO For Further Action

Hanumangarh:  The Sadar police station of the district has detained a youth with the banned drug Pregabalin capsules. The police handed him over to the Drug Control Officer for further action. The district police are constantly patrolling and conducting blockades to catch people for drugs and capsules used for intoxication.

According to the police, as per the instructions of the Superintendent of Police, a zero tolerance policy is being adopted to prevent drugs, illegal weapons, gambling, betting etc.

Under this, on Friday, a team formed under the leadership of Head Constable Avtar Singh of Sadar Police Station recovered 400 banned narcotic Pregabalin capsules and detained Om Prakash (24) son of Maniram, resident of Ward 5, Ghamudwali. After the action, he was handed over to the Drug Control Officer. The police team that took action included Head Constable Avtar Singh, Constable Gurmeet Singh, Subhash Chandra and Gurtej Singh.
