6th Edition of All India Dental Fraternity Invitation Golf Tournament in Class & Style

Manesar/ New Delhi: Dentistry is now a high- end domain with class and style.  6th Edition of All India Dental Fraternity Invitational Golf Tournament at Manesar reflected the same. Brig Dr Anil Kohli, quite a name in the Dentistry, is indelibly imprinted on this tournament- underlining grand journey from tee to teeth. It is dentistry’s hole in one indeed! Flamboyance and panache of Dr Kohli as leader of Dentistry is a cut above the rest.

The prestigious 6th Edition of the All India Dental Fraternity Invitational Golf Tournament was successfully hosted at the iconic ITC Classic Golf & Country Club, Manesar on 21 May 2026. Being recognized as one of the most awaited sporting gatherings of dental professionals in the country, the tournament brought together dentists from across India in a vibrant celebration of sportsmanship, camaraderie, wellness and professional bonding.

The unique initiative was started in the year 2021 during the challenging times of the Covid pandemic by Hony Brig Dr Anil Kohli &Dr. Sunil Ghanta in Rajmundry, with the vision of bringing together members of the dental fraternity through the game of golf and promoting positivity, friendship and mental well-being. Over the years, the event has grown into a prestigious national platform uniting dental professionals from every corner of the country.

Following the successful editions held in Srinagar, Jaipur, Mumbai and Jammu, the sixth edition at ITC Manesar marked yet another milestone in the remarkable journey of this distinguished sporting event. The tournament witnessed enthusiastic participation from dentists representing different states of India, creating an atmosphere filled with healthy competition, networking, recreation and meaningful professional interactions.

Hony Brig Dr. Anil Kohli, recipient of the prestigious Padma Bhushan, Padma Shri and Dr. B.C. Roy Award, is the Founder of this Association and Chairman of the tournament. A towering personality in Indian dentistry and former President of the Dental Council of India, Dr. Kohli has dedicated more than five decades to the advancement of dentistry in the country and continues to inspire generations of dental professionals through his visionary leadership and immense contribution to the profession.

Dr. Archit Tiwari, Organising Secretary of the tournament, played a significant role through his dedicated efforts in making the event one of the most respected and eagerly anticipated sporting platforms for dentists in India.

The tournament was inaugurated by Shri Anil Rajput, President – Corporate Affairs, ITC. A special attraction of the event was the participation of renowned professional golfers Ms. Neha Tripathi and Mr. Sachin Baisoya, who interacted with participants and shared valuable golfing tips and insights.

The Overall Winner of the tournament was Dr. Ritesh Gupta, whose outstanding performance was widely appreciated by all participants.

Among the female winners, Mrs. Anita Rajput, Mrs. Ravindra Kaur, Mrs. Sushma Kohli and Dr. Anjali Dave Tiwari were felicitated for their excellent performances and enthusiastic participation.

The partners supporting this prestigious national sporting event included Mankind Pharma, Campus Shoes, Hero Cycles, Infomerics Ratings, MM Auto, DentaKart, Smile Works Lab and the Indian Golf Premier League.

During the event, Dr. Anil Kohli also shared his invaluable experiences and inspiring insights gathered over nearly five decades of clinical excellence and leadership in dentistry, motivating both young and senior members of the profession.

The successful completion of the 6th edition further strengthened bonds within the dental fraternity across the nation while promoting wellness, fellowship, recreation and professional excellence through the spirit of golf.
