Budaun: Medical Store Without License, Drug Inspector Sealed It

Budaun: Drug inspector Lavkush Kumar and his team raided a medical store in village Sarah Baghauli of Ughaiti police station area of ​​Badaun on Wednesday. Investigation revealed that this medical store was operated without a license. It has been sealed.

On the instructions of the DM, drug inspector Lavkush Prasad reached Sarah Baghauli village with the police team on Wednesday. He raided the Aryan Medical Store here. When the license was asked from the operator, he could not show it. The team sealed the medical store along with the medicines. Now action will be taken to file a complaint against him in the CJM court.

Drug Inspector Lavkush Prasad said that a person named Akash was running a medical store. He was found to have a D-Pharma degree, but no license. No application has been made to the department till date. The medical store has been sealed. Further action is underway.

Recently, three medical stores were being run on a single license in the city. This was revealed in a raid by the Drug Department team. Three medical stores were sealed. After this, a warehouse of an unlicensed medical store was found in Myaun. Now action has been taken in the village of Sarah Baghauli.
