Case Filed Against Four Traders Selling Fake Cosmetics

Saharanpur: Fake cosmetic items were being sold indiscriminately in the metropolis. The company officials along with the police had conducted the raid. FIR has been registered against four traders. Two of them were arrested. Whereas, a huge quantity of counterfeit goods was also recovered. The goods will be sent to the lab and tested.

According to the police, last Thursday, the team of Hindustan Unilever Company had raided Guchha Market of Saharanpur. From where the team recovered a total of 2261 pieces of 45 products from four shops Saharanpur General Store near Farookhi Masjid, 15 products from Jayan General Store Nakhasa Bazaar, 20 products from Mehak Traders Dal Mandi Pul Lakme, 28 products from the house of Vikas alias Vicky Pisrecha.

After this, the company’s legal officer Nayanthara registered a case against four accused Ayyub son of Mau Yahiyah resident of Tanki Lakhi Gate police station Mandi, Muzammil Shamsi son of Mau Hameed resident of Gote Shah police station Mandi, Bhavak Pisarecha alias Lucky, Vikas alias Vicky Pisarecha resident of Numaish Camp police station Mandi. Got it done. Police have registered a case and arrested Ayub and Muzammil Shamsi.

The team of Hindustan Unilever Company has taken action in Nakhasha market and Guchha market. A case has been registered against four businessmen. “Two businessmen were arrested.-Abhimanyu Manglik, SP City.”
