Analyst – Quality Assurance

Job Description
• Oversee the generation, review, and archival of documents used to support Good Manufacturing Practice[ Manufacturing of Final Product]

• Review and approval of SOP, Protocols and Reports as necessary.

• Review and Release raw material, intermediate products and finished products.

• Prepare and test samples from all phases of a manufacturing or other handling process, with the goal of determining if the substances meet the standards or requirements of the project.

• Ensure the testing is completed according to establishment Standard Operating Practices[SOPs], and also Good Laboratory Practices [GLP].

• Establish Specifications for conducting assays and writing standard operating procedure.

Job Description
• The incumbent as a member of Quality Control will be responsible for Sampling ,Analysis, Testing line clearance, release, related documentation and other related Quality control functions in respect of RM/PM/ Finishes goods / in process/ Validation and stability samples.

• Trouble shooting in case of non-conforming product. Provide cross functional support as and when required.

• Follow good laboratory practise at all the times while working in the lab.

• Experience on TLC, UV Vis- Spectrophotometry & HPLC instruments. Ensure adherence to QMS and 100% updating of records as and when required.
