PBTI started providing high-end world-class NABL accredited analytical services to Agri, Food, Environment, and Allied Sectors from transit premises in Mohali.
In addition, contract research services, technology validation services, and Project Management Consultancy (PMC)/Project Management Advisory (PMA) services are also being provided. Farmers, entrepreneurs, startups, industries, exporters and regulators, etc. are using these services.
Project Associate-One
Name of Project: “Monitoring of Pesticide Residues at National Level” (MPRNL)
Emoluments: Rs.35000/- P.M fixed
Qualification and Experience : Essential: (i) Ph.D. with research in a relevant area OR
(ii) 1st class M.Tech or equivalent in Biotechnology / Food Technology / Dairy Technology OR 1st Class M. Pharma from a recognized University/Institute. At least 2 years of analytical experience in the relevant field after essential qualification. OR
(iii) 1st class Master Degree in Basic / Chemical / Life / Environmental Sciences / Food Sciences from a recognized University/Institute with at least 3 years analytical experience in the relevant field after essential qualification.
Desirable: Experience in working with national/international testing & certification laboratories /organizations. Knowledge of national/international Laboratory Quality Management Systems and standards for quality testing.
Job Requirement: The incumbent would be responsible for the analysis of food samples for contaminants including Pesticide residue.

I.T. Project Manager One (01)
Name of Project: Others
Emoluments: Rs.35000/- P.M fixed
Qualification and Experience: Essential: 1st class B.E/B.Tech/ MCA with at least one year of experience in Networking & Server Administration after essential qualification.
Or 1st class BCA or B-Level with at least 3 years of work experience in Networking and Server Administration after essential qualification.
Desirable: In-depth working experience in Network Administration and maintenance of various servers including DNS, IIS, Mail server, etc. Knowledge of IP tables, Firewall, IDS, and UTM Administration is required. CCNA/CCNO/CCSP/RHEL will be added advantage.
Job Requirement: Implementation /Maintenance of Security measures for the Data Security of Network Maintenance of LAN-based software already in operation at PBTI, Resolving miscellaneous computer-related problems, regular data backup, maintenance of PBTI’s website, and other network troubleshooting.
