Govt Job for Pharmacists in Central Railway

Central Railway is one of the 18 zones of Indian Railways. Its headquarters is in Mumbai at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus. It has the distinction of operating first passenger railway line in India, which opened from Mumbai to Thane on 16 April 1853.

The Central Railway zone formerly included large parts of Madhya Pradesh and part of southern Uttar Pradesh, which made it the largest railway zone in India in terms of area, track mileage and staff.

These areas became the new West Central Railway zone in April 2003.

Central Railway, Mumbai Division will be conducting Recorded WhatsApp conference call interview for filling-up the posts in Para-Medical categories in Group ‘C on full-time contract basis. This scheme will be valid upto 31.03.2022.

Post : Pharmacist

No of Posts : 03 (ST-1, OBC-2)

Minimum Educational Qualification : 10+2 in Science OR its equivalent with 2 years Diploma in Pharmacy and Registration with Pharmacy Council of lndia or with State Pharmacy Council

Remuneration per Month (Consolidated ) : As per Rules

Note
Age will be reckoned as on date of notification.
The vacancy is provisional and may increase or decrease as per administrative necessity.

There may be ‘wait-listed /stand-by’ candidates against the notified panel/select list who may be engaged as per necessity.

Period of contract: The above mentioned engagement is purely on temporary measure upto 31.03.2022, unless extended by further orders.

Note:-
1) Academic/Technical Qualification for above category must be from a recognized Institution/Board.

2) Representation of SC/ST/OBC categories as per vacancies reserved for them is shown in column

3)  Age relaxation of 5 years is applicable to SC/ST & 3 years to OBC categories against SC/ST & OBC vacancy respectively.

The vacancies indicated in Column 3 may vary, depending on fresh sanctions received, resignations being given by existing candidates, etc.

No Objection Certificate
If working NOC from Current employer.

Caste Certificate
Bring Original Certificates and attested copy. In case of OBC candidates current non creamy layer certificate to be submitted

Private Practice
Private Practice will not be allowed.

Termination from Contract Service
Termination be either side on 15 days notice.

Contract Para-Medical
Contract Para-Medical Category Candidate who enter into contract with the Railway will not have any claim or right for his/her continuity in service or automatic extension of the term of contract services rendered as full time contract will not have any right in respect of considering of their period in regular selection through Railway Recruitment Board nor will it confer any right for regularization or absorption.

The selected candidates fulfilling the above conditions will he called on Recorded WhatsApp conference call interview as per above programme, candidates while applying should indicate past service rendered, if any including the period of contract put in by them on Indian Railway.

No other intimation will be given separately for selected candidates on Recorded WhatsApp conference call interview.

Important Note
Candidates should have requisite academic qualification on the dale of sending application on designated email id. Those who are appearing at and/or awaiting results of final examination are not eligible.

Academic and Technical Qualification must be from a recognized Institution/Board, otherwise candidature’ will be rejected. Candidates having higher qualification may also apply & indicate the details.

As the application is to he sent on designated email id, Application sent by post will not he accepted.

Engagement on Contract basis of the candidates will he subject to their being found suitable in order of merit by Selection Committee. The candidates selected will he placed on panel and will ho sent for Medical Test as per rules.
