Govt Job for Pharmacists under Health Medical and Family Welfare Department

Applications are invited from eligible candidates in the prescribed Application Form for recruitment to the posts mentioned at Para-2, sanctioned vide G.O. Ms. 1037 &. 1039, Finance (HRM-VII) Dept., Dt. 09/07/2021 on Outsourcing Basis up to 31/03/2022 or till the actual need ceases, whichever is earlier, and renewal will be as per the need, if any and also subject to satisfactory performance.

Age (As per A.P. State and Subordinate Services Rule 12(1) (a) adopted by Telangana State
Minimum  : 18 years
Maximum : 34 years

The minimum and maximum age shall be reckoned as on 01/07/2021 with the following relaxations allowed for reckoning the maximum age limit as per rules,

I. For S.Cs, S.Ts & BCs 5 (Five ) years
II. For Ex Service men 3 (three) years in addition to the length of service in Armed forces.
III. Disabled persons 10 (Ten) years.

Educational Qualifications :
A) Intermediate.
B) Diploma in Pharmacy (or) Bachelor of Pharmacy.
C) Must be registered with the Telangana State Pharmacy Council.
D) The Minimum age is 18 years and maximum age is 34.

METHOD OF RECRUITMENT
Recruitment shall be done through District Selection Committee, headed by the District Collector & Magistrate, Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri District.

Selection will be done based on the following criteria:
a. Total Marks are 100 of which 90 marks will be allotted basing on the marks obtained in qualifying examination and 10 marks will be awarded for the age.

Weight age for age will be reckoned from 18 years of age of the candidate. 0.5 marks will be awarded for one completed year of age with a maximum of 10 marks.

The age will be reckoned as on. (Example 1. if a candidate completes 20 years as on, he will be awarded 1.0 mark: Example 2.if a candidate completes 30 years of age as on, he will be awarded 6.0 marks: Example 3. if a candidate completes 40 years of age as on, he will be awarded 10 marks) in terms of G.O. Ms. No. 7 HM&FW(D1) Dept., Dt. 19/02/2016.

b. Merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained with above criteria and displayed on website for transparency and also for calling objections.

c. Selection list will be prepared from the finalized merit list duly following the rule of reservations and New Presidential order 2018.

HOW TO APPLY
a. Application forms along with the instructions can be downloaded from official district website: yadadri.telanQana.aov.in.

b. Filled in application form shall be submitted in person on 18/10/2021, 20/10/2021 & 21/10/2021 to the District Medical and Health Officer, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District, the application received after due dates will be summarily rejected. District Selection Committee is not responsible for postal delays.

c. Filled in application forms shall be submitted in person to Designated Counter at O/o the District Medical & Health Officer, Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri.

d. Applicant should attach a Demand Draft / Postal Order / Cash, towards Registration Charges in favour of District Medical & Health Officer, Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri District payable at Bhongir as follows
O.C / B.C’s Category : Rs 200/-
SC/ST/ Physical Handicap : Rs 100/-

e. Self attested copies of the following certificates should be enclosed along with the application form.

1. S.S.C. or Equivalent examination
2. Intermediate or 10 + 2 examination
3. Qualifying Examination Pass Certificate

4. Marks memos of all the years (qualifying examination)
5. Registration Certificates of respective Councils
6. Latest Caste certificate issued by the Tashildhar/MRO concerned

7. All the Study certificates from 1st to the Qualification of the post applied, for Private study residence certificate from the Tashidhar / MRO concerned.
8. PH certificate in respect of candidates claiming reservation under PH Quota
9. Relevant certificates in respect of candidates claiming Ex-Service Man Quota

10. Photograph duly pasted on the application form
11. Registration Charges CASH / DD / POSTAL ORDER

All the candidates are informed that after the applications received   within time will be scrutinized and a tentative merit list will be published on the above mentioned district website, calling for objections.

The selection list will be published only after all the objections are displayed as per norms. Receipt of applications only for (‘031 days i.e., 18/10/2021, 20/10/2021 & 21/10/2021 from 11:00 AM to 04:00 PM at O/o District Medical & Health Officer, Yadadri- Bhuvanagiri District, Area Hospital Premises, Bhongir.

Scrutiny of applications, Preparation of provisional merit  list Displayed at Office of the DM&HO, Yadadri- Bhuvanagiri District : 29/10/2021 01:00PM
Objections shall be invited on the display of provisional \ merit list up to : 29/10/2021 04:00PM
Display of final merit list : 29/10/2021 05:00 PM
Issue of Orders through Outsourcing Agency : 30/10/2021 Onwards
