Govt Job for Pharmacists under Ministry of Defence

The ECHS Central Organisation is located at Delhi and functions under the Chief of Staff Committee (COSC) through AG and DGDC&W in Army HQ. The Central organisation is headed by Managing Director, ECHS, a serving Major General.

There are 28 Regional Centres ECHS and 426 ECHS Polyclinics. ECHS is also an attached office of Dept of Ex-Servivemen Welfare (DoESW), Ministry of Defence (MoD) as are Directorate General Resettlement(DGR) and Kendriya Sainik Board (KSB).

Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS) desires to engage following staff on contractual basis for its ECHS Polyclinics under AOR of Station Headquarter Cell, C/o HQ Jharkhand & Bihar Sub Area Danapur Cantt.

Post : Pharmacist
No of Posts : 08 (Danapur-1, Darbhanga-1, Motihari-1, Hajipur-1, Sitamarhi-1, Madhubani-1, Samastipur-1, Munger-1)

Basic Qualification :  Minimum 5 years experience Experience of more than 10 years 70% 28,100/- 11 Pharmacist (i) B Pharmacy from a recognized Institute Or (i) 10+2 with Science stream (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) from a recognized Board. And (ii) Approved Diploma in Pharmacy from an Institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India and registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948.

Work Experience :Minimum 05 years experience
Desirable Attributes : Any Diploma/ Course in Specially Pharmacy
Reservation for Ex- Servicemen : 70%
Monthly contractual fee (Rs) : 28,100/-

GENERAL INSTRUCTION
1. Age :- 56 years as on 01 Mar 2021.
2. Contractual Terms & Conditions : ECHS invites applications to engage staff on contractual basis in various Polyclinics for ESM and civilian for period with effect from 01 Apr 2021 to 31 Mar 2022 (Ex-Service Men for 12 months and Civilians for 11 months) for authorised or allowed vacancy and renewable for next Financial Year 2022-2023 for authorised vacancy only as per the policy of Central Organisation ECHS Delhi based on performance.

The Temporary employees will not e entitled to any allowances, financial benefits or concessions as admissible to Govt employees. The detailed terms and conditions for employment are available with ECHS Cell, Station Headquarter Cell, Danapur Cantt – 801503 and can be checked by applicants.

3. Working hours. The working hours for all staff (less Ser 1 to 2) would be 48 hours per week (8×6) from Monday to Suturday and Sunday will be holiday. For specialist (Medical Specialist & Gynecologist) the working hours would be 30 hours per week (5×6) from Monday to Suturday and Sunday will be holiday. For Chowkidar the working hours would be 56 hours (8×7) from Monday to Sunday.

4. Tenure of employment

5. The interview for all above categories will be held at Station Sainik Institute, Near State Bank of India Danapur Cantt Branch (Near Army School Danapur Cantt), C/o HQ Jharkhand and Bihar Sub Area. The desires candidate will submit bio data / CV alongwith copies of Academic/Professional/Work experience certificates, Medical Council Registration, Copy of PAN Card, Aadhar Card & Residence/Adrdress proof duly self attested alongwith one pass port size photograph.
