Govt Job: For Pharmacists under State Family Welfare Bureau

The Union Cabinet, vide its decision dated May 1, 2013, has approved the launch of the National Urban Health Mission (NUHM) as a sub-mission of an over-arching National Health Mission (NHM), with the National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) being the other sub-mission of the National Health Mission.

The State PIPs would be an aggregate of the district/city health action plans and include activities to be carried out at the state level.

The state PIP will also include all the individual district/city plans. This has several advantages:

One, it will strengthen local planning at the district/city level, two, it would ensure approval of adequate resources for high-priority district action plans, and three, enable communication of approvals to the districts at the same time as to the state.

On obtaining the approval of the Hon’ble Health Minister & Secretary (Health)/Mission Director NHM. It is proposed to fill up the following categories of posts purely on a contract basis for a period of one year under the National Health Mission (NHM), Directorate of Health Services, Panaji, Goa.

Monthly Remuneration (Consolidated) : Rs. 11, 000/-

Essential/ Desirable Qualification : Essential : 1. B. Pharm / D. Pharm
2. Registered with Goa State Pharmacy Council.

1. A 15-year residence certificate is mandatory for all applicants with the exceptions mentioned below:

a. The State Government employees who are working outside the State shall be exempted from producing15 years’ residence certificates for their children.

b. Relaxation of Residence Certificate

c. A person whose marriage is registered in Goa, with the person having fifteen years’ residence in Goa, and both are residing in the State of Goa continuously for a period of 5 years.

d. Ex-servicemen/women and their spouses and children, who are residing in Goa for the last two years after discharge/release/ retirement from the armed forces. e. Honorarium Staff.

2. Knowledge of Konkani is essential and Knowledge of Marathi is desirable.

3. The selected candidate will be stationed in different parts of the State.

4. The selected candidate shall have no claim in the future for absorption in any regular job in State Govt. Service.

5. This is National Health Programme and the jobs created will not be regularized.

The application deadline is from September 5th to September 9th, 2022, and the posts are on an honorarium basis.

The candidates fulfilling the above requirements for the post are requested to submit applications along with their biodata, photo, and original copies of their certificates in proof of their educational qualification, birth, residence certificate (15 years domicile in the state of Goa), and experience if any, for verification and attested copies for submission.

Duly attested by the Gazetted Officer/Notary/self-attested stating that “The certificate is a True copy of the original”.
