Application Fee: In the advertisement here, every general class, economically weaker class as well as lower and upper class candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs. 250 / – per application and each candidate belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes will have to pay Rs. 100 / – will have to be paid to this advertisement. If no candidate has paid the fee or has paid less than the above mentioned fee, then their application will be eligible for cancellation
General Conditions:
1. All proceedings regarding the recruitment process shall be carried out by the GBRC and, where necessary, with the approval of the Chairman, Selection Committee. If any special issue arises during the entire recruitment process, the decision of the Chairman, Selection Committee and the Secretary, Department of Science and Technology will be final.
2. Cannot be withdrawn or modified after application.
3. If the candidate has shown any details in the application form incorrectly, his application form will be canceled at any stage and even if he has obtained Qualifying Marks or the candidate has been selected, his candidature will be considered canceled.
4. Employees of the Government of Gujarat may apply immediately in respect of this advertisement. But the candidate has to report it to his department / account / office accurately and submit the proof of reporting when requested by GBRC.
5. The GBRC shall have the full right to do so if it needs to be revoked or altered for any reason and shall not be bound to give reasons for this. Also, in such circumstances, the application fee paid will not be refundable, Based on the information given by the candidate in this advertisement, the candidate will be allowed to sit for the written test only after the preliminary verification.
6. In which the educational qualification of the candidate such as post graduate as well as Ph.D. The subject and the marks obtained in the postgraduate level will be checked. (Online application will be treated as stated by the candidate. If this information is found to be incorrect at the next stage, the candidate’s accreditation will be deemed revoked.) The true authenticity of the candidate will be counted only after verification of the original certificates.
