Pristyn’s Hat Trick, transcends North pushing envelop to South of Vindhyas

The Care Chain is on Expansion Trajectory to get closer to Patients

New Delhi: Pristyn care chain bats a thousand and is on expansion mode with panache. Launching of three hospitals simultaneously underlines its growing confidence which derives from patients’ response. It debuting in South of Vindhyas speaks volume. Its hat trick entails one hospital in Gurgaon, another in Hyderabad and yet another in Koch. The Care Start Up’s dynamism is breathtaking making its presence felt nationwide in just four months after the launch of its first hospital taking the number to eight.

Dr Vaibhav Kapoor, Co-founder, Pristyn Care, “We’re not starting from scratch; the technology is built and live. Our next task is to stitch it into each new hospital so patients experience shorter waits, clearer communication and truly joined-up care.”
“At Pristyn Care, every system we build—be it operational workflows or discharge protocols—is thoughtfully designed with empathy, transparency, and efficiency at its heart. Whether in a Tier-I metro or a Tier-II city, patients can count on a consistent promise- minimally invasive treatments, and a digitally integrated experience that prioritizes healing,” said Dr. Garima Sawhney, Co-founder, Pristyn Care.

With a vision to fix the broken patient journey in India, Pristyn Care is reimagining what healthcare should feel like—personal, dignified, and seamless. Today, the healthcare startup takes another bold step toward that future with the simultaneous launch of three new hospitals in Gurgaon, Hyderabad, and Kochi.

This expansion takes Pristyn Care’s own hospital network to eight facilities—just four months after the launch of its first hospital. With these additions, Pristyn Care’s total clinical capacity now spans 200,000 sq ft, comprising 400 beds, over 20+ modular OTs, and more than 50+ ICU beds—supported by a dedicated team of 550+ doctors, nurses, and medical staff.

Pristyn Care has already engineered a unified digital backbone—covering electronic medical records, real-time protocol alerts, seamless insurance rails, one-tap cashless approvals, express-discharge tooling and 45-minute automated labs—that will be progressively woven into every new facility. Integration teams are now mapping each hospital’s existing systems to this platform so that, over the coming months, they will evolve into fully fledged smart hospitals where doctors can focus more on patient care and less on administrative tasks.

City-Specific Highlights:

● Gurgaon: Strengthens neonatal and women’s health capabilities across NCR. With this launch, Pristyn Care now operates six hospitals across the NCR region.

● Hyderabad: Introduces computer-navigated joint replacements and 24×7 trauma care

● Kochi: Offers advanced emergency medicine and a riverside rehab wing, eliminating the need for Kerala-based patients to travel to metro cities.

● These three new hospitals together add approximately 90,000 sq ft of space

The company’s first hospital in Delhi reached double-digit profitability within eight weeks—a rare achievement in an industry where breakeven typically takes 12–24 months. More importantly, Net Promoter Scores have risen by 10 points, showing clear patient appreciation Pristyn Care’s new, tech-enabled way of delivering care.

These milestones underscore Pristyn Care’s broader mission—to make high-quality patient care accessible beyond metro cities, reaching deeper into Tier-II and Tier-III towns. Backed by strong performance indicators, the company remains on track to launch 50 hospitals by FY 2028, with the next phase of expansion headed to Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Pune.
