Senores Pharmaceuticals IPO Allotment Status: The allotment of the Senores Pharmaceuticals IPO has been finalised. The initial public offering of Senores Pharmaceuticals Ltd closed on Tuesday and received an overall 97.86 times subscription. The initial public offering of Senores Pharmaceuticals Ltd, which was opened on between December 20 and December 24, received an overall 97.86 times subscription. The retail category recieved a 93.16 times subscription in total, the NII (non-institutional investors) portion got 100.35 times subscription. Its QIB (qualified institutional buyer) category has been subscribed by 97.84 times.

The price band of the IPO was fixed at Rs 372 to Rs 391 apiece.

The shares of Senores Pharmaceuticals Ltd are scheduled to be listed on both BSE and NSE on December 30, Monday.

The IPO allotment has been finalised in the Thursday evening. Investors who have been allotted the IPO received a bank debit message. Investors can also check the IPO allotment status on the websites of BSE and NSE, as well as on registrar Link Intime’s portal.

Senores Pharmaceuticals IPO: More Details

The Ahmedabad-based company’s IPO is a combination of fresh issuance of shares worth Rs 500 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of up to 21 lakh shares valued Rs 82.11 crore, by promoters and other selling shareholders, at the upper-end of the price band.

Senores Pharmaceuticals Ltd has secured nearly Rs 261 crore from anchor investors.

Proceeds from the fresh issue will be utilised for setting up a manufacturing facility for production of sterile injections in its Atlanta facility; funding the working capital requirements of the company and its subsidiaries, supporting inorganic growth through acquisition and other strategic initiatives and payment of debt. Besides, a portion will be used for general corporate purposes.

Senores Pharmaceuticals specialises in identifying, developing, and manufacturing a wide array of specialty, underserved, and complex pharmaceutical products, positioning itself as a preferred partner for select customers.

The company has several products in major therapeutic segments, including antibiotics, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and blood lines.

As of March 2024, the company had three R&D facilities in India and the US and is in the process of consolidating R&D facilities into one proposed dedicated facility in Ahmedabad.
