CM Rekha Gupta crossed quite a ‘Line’ to help SGRH expand in Delhi

She expressed her belief that the expansion of Sir Ganga Ram Hospital will transform healthcare in Delhi.
The Day marked both the birth of this Hospital and birth day of its founder great architect, humanitarian and philanthropist Sir Ganga Ram too. The tradition of free treatment of poor patients in the hospital continues as ever.
Quite in ‘line’ with the great contributions of Sir Ganga Ram for society, Rekha Gupta was quite prolific in showering promises on Sir Ganga Ram Hospital on this occasion. Though land in Delhi belongs to DDA under Union Government, Rekha Gupta promised to offer land for expansion of the hospital and establishing a medical college. As it is now double engine in Delhi, CM will have quite a pull on central government to keep her promise. She also promised that roads near hospital would be repaired forthwith.
