The All-India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) was established as an institution of national importance by an Act of Parliament with the object of developing patterns of teaching in undergraduate and post-graduate medical education in all its branches so as to demonstrate a high standard of medical education in India; bringing together in one place educational facilities of the highest order for the training of personnel in all important branches of health activity, and to attain self-sufficiency in post-graduate medical education.
Applications are invited for 6 months for most of one Research Associate (RA), one Senior Research Fellow (SRF), and one Project Assistant (PA) in an ICMR-funded project entitled “Anemia: Exploring the role of vitamin D, essential elements, and lifestyle in the Indian population.”
Post: Research Associate-1
Minimum qualifications and experience: Ph.D. / MD / MS / MDS or equivalent degree with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal. OR Three years of research and teaching experience after M. Pharma/M.Sc/M.VSc. with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal.
Monthly emoluments : Rs 47000/pm (including 27% HRA)
Age Limit: 40 Years (Relaxed upper age limit by two years in case of women candidates)
Post: Senior Research Fellow-1
Minimum qualifications and experience: M.Pharma / MBBS / BDS / M.VSc. degree holders OR M.Sc. (Life Sciences) degree holders with two years of research experience.
Monthly emoluments: Rs 35000/-pm (including 27% HRA)
Age Limit: Up to 35 Years
Post: Project Assistant-1
Minimum qualifications and experience: Graduate in science/relevant subject/from a recognized university with three years of work experience from a recognized institution OR Master’s degree in the relevant subject
Monthly emoluments: Rs 31000/- pm consolidated
Age Limit: Up to 30 Years
