The Kerala Public Service Commission is a body created by the Constitution of India.

The Commission advise the Government on all matters relating to civil services referred to it under Article 320 (3) of the Constitution and publish notifications inviting applications for selection to various posts as per the requisitions of the appointing authorities, conduct written test and/or practical tests, physical efficiency test and interview, prepare ranked list based on the performance of the candidates and advise candidates for appointment strictly based on their merit and observing the rules of reservation as and when vacancies are reported.

Age: 18-41. Only Candidates born between 02.01.1981 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post.

Note:- In the absence of qualified candidates within the age limit the upper age limit shall be relaxed up to 50 years. But in no case, the maximum age limit shall exceed 50 (fifty) years.

Qualifications :- (i) Pre-Degree/Plus Two/VHSE.
(ii) Diploma in Pharmacy (D Pharm).

(iii) Registration with Kerala State Pharmacy Council.

Note: Rule 10 a (ii) of Part II KS & SSR is applicable for selection to this post.

Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of the qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification, then only such qualification shall be treated as equivalent to the prescribed qualification concerned.

Age:18-39, ie, candidates born between 02.01.1983 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included) are only eligible to apply for this post.

(Including the relaxation as per Para 2(i) of the General Conditions) In the case of candidates belonging to Adult members of Scheduled Caste and their children when such adult members are converted to Christianity the upper age limit will be 41 years, ie, such candidates should be born between 02.01.1981 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included)(Including the relaxation as per Para 2(i) of the General Conditions)

ii) A pass Certificate obtained after successful completion of Nurse-Cum-Pharmacist Training Course (Homoeopathy) conducted by the Government of Kerala / A pass in Certificate Course in Pharmacy (Homoeopathy) conducted by the Government of Kerala or its equivalent qualification recognised by the Government.

2. Candidates claiming equivalent qualifications should produce relevant Government Orders during OTR verification to prove that the qualification claimed is equivalent to the prescribed qualification for the Post.

Mode of submitting applications:-
Candidates must register as per ONE TIME REGISTRATION with the official Website of the Kerala Public Service Commission keralapsc.gov.in before applying for the post. Candidates who have registered can apply by logging on to their profile using their User ID and Password.

Candidates must click on the ‘Apply Now’ button of the respective posts in the Notification Link to apply for a post.

The Photograph uploaded should be taken after 31.12.2012.

The candidate creating a new profile should upload the photograph taken within six(6) months from the date of registration.

The name of the candidate and the date of photograph taken should be printed legibly at the bottom portion.

The photograph once uploaded meeting all requirements shall be valid for 10 years from the date of taking the photograph.

There is no change in other instructions regarding the uploading of photographs. No application fee is required.

Candidates are responsible for the correctness of their personal information and the secrecy of passwords.

Before the final submission of the application on the profile candidates must ensure the correctness of the information in their profile.

They must quote the User ID for further communication with the Commission. The application submitted is provisional and cannot be deleted or altered after submission.

Candidates are advised to keep a printout or soft copy of the online application for future reference.

Candidates can take the printout of the application by clicking on the link ‘My applications’ in their profile.

All correspondence with the Commission, regarding the application, should be accompanied by the printout of the application.

The application will be summarily rejected if non-compliance with the notification is found in due course of processing.

Original documents to prove qualification, experience, age, Community etc. have to be produced as and when called for.
