International Online AYURVEDA Dialogue Tomorrow to defeat COVID

New Delhi: As Allopathy flounders in the face of COVID 19 and seems to be at its wit’s end, Ayurveda comes forward with its time tested  Rasayanas,  potions and natural healing to defeat the ravaging virus.  Maharishi Ayurveda being the leader has organised an international symposium online on May 23 in association with AYUSH Ministry to tell the world that they need not despair. Mr Shripad Yesso Naik, MoS, AYUSH Ministry will be the keynote guest.

Ayurveda Symposium theme is the ‘Role of Ayurveda in the Current Pandemic — AYUSH Protocol and Scientific Perspective in Combatting COVID-19’.  All India Institute of Ayurveda & FICCI, New Delhi all associates with it. It will relay between 04:00 PM and 06:30 PM, IST.

The symposium will see several national and international speakers/panellists. Hon’ble MoS, AYUSH Ministry, Mr Shripad Yesso Naik will address the inaugural session followed by Dr Sudhanshu Trivedi (MP), Mr Anurag Sharma (MP) and Padmashri Vaidya Rajesh Kotecha, Secretary, AYUSH Ministry. Padma Bhushan Vaidya Devendra Triguna — one of the founding members of Maharishi Ayurveda will also deliberate on the significance of Ayurveda in rescuing the people testing time of COVID-19 pandemic.

In these pressing times, Ayurveda is being used by doctors all over the world to carry out treatments as well as to bring peace of mind to the individuals feeling disturbed. At Maharishi Ayurveda, we feel that there is certainly a need to bring people from all across the globe together to help them understand the benefits of Ayurveda. Thus, we have planned to organize this International Symposium, which not will not only feature Keynote and Guest Speakers from India but also from several other countries. With such a brilliant panel of speakers to address people’s concerns related to both physical and mental health, Maharishi Ayurveda hopes to make these tough times easier to understand and handle”, says Mr Anand Shrivastava, Chairman, Maharishi Ayurveda.

The AYUSH Ministry of the Government of India has issued several guidelines and protocols to strengthen the immune system, which will help in combating the COVID-19 pandemic and to staying healthy. Maharishi Ayurveda with its global presence has resolved to organize this International Symposium to propagate the vision of our Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi regarding Ayurveda to regain its glory that will benefit humanity at large. Maharishi Ayurveda brings together at the symposium all the International Ayurvedic associations, Ayurveda trained medical doctors and Ayurvedic Vaidya settled abroad to bring to life the vision of the founder of Maharishi Ayurveda, His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, who established the science of Ayurveda & Transcendental Meditation across the world.

This symposium will also be honoured by the presence of Dr Ulrich Bauhofer, a leading expert in the field of energy, stress and health management. Dr Bauhofer is considered to be one of the most renowned Maharishi Ayurveda experts outside India. The symposium will focus on mental aspects of Ayurveda, effects of specific herbs, nutrition and impact of Ayurveda concepts in scientific researches.
