POSIT IMPACT ON NEWS PUBLISHED IN MEDICARE NEWS

Medicare News is serving nation since more than 13 years fearlessly and never ever compromised with the reality of news. Medicare News faced good and bad days, faced legal and political repercussion but no one can force us to take partiality.

We raised the issue of phase-4 clinical trial that industry and the CDSCO are not well planned to adopt phase-4 clinical trial for fixed dose combination already approved by state drug controller office. IDMA then made a presentation to CDSCO and now they are making way out as how to take exit.

We have raised the issue of export no objection certificate. Export NOC was stated in the regime of  Dr.Venkateshwar Wallu and it is really not require once importer is ready to buy non narcotic medicines. Sometimes export orders get concealed because of late issue or in place of approval departed issued query letter. Export order is time bound and commitment plays a vital role in catering export order. Last month CDSCO has waved off export NOC to few countries and hope they will come up now with no export NOC required.

Ukraine regulator was having enmity with the Indian pharmaceutical companies because India had invited twice Russia sponsored Ukrainian President. Ukrainian regulator was used raid Indian companies and they were planned to shut down mostly Indian companies. They fined so many Indian companies and targeted genome, Kusum healthcare; vivimed to name a few. Medicare people visited Ukraine and shared news to both countries higher authority and embassies. Now Ukrainian started welcoming Indian companies again with better friendly attitude.

There are many more things to share but will share in next issue. This time again requesting to the regulators to ease export documentation more industry friendly so that exporters can achieve vision 2020 of 50 billion US Dollar. We request to ease shelf life extension NOC, COPP, FSC and product permission for export manufacturing.

We are dispatching hard copy to all over government departments; Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha so that voice of India should reach to the last destination. We are sharing news by sharing news in hard copies and via soft copy. We share news via mail to all over Indian pharmaceutical companies.

We have established network all over India and to the world over. Your association is our strength. Come join hands with us and share news about industry, about your state and about your company. Share your company legacy with us to increase visibility and brand image. We are fearless and we care industry and nation.
