Sometimes export orders get concealed because of late issue or in place of approval departed issued query letter. Export order is time bound and commitment plays a vital role in catering export order. Last month CDSCO has waved off export NOC to few countries and hope they will come up now with no export NOC required.

Ukrainian regulator was used raid Indian companies and they were planned to shut down mostly Indian companies. They fined so many Indian companies and targeted genome, Kusum healthcare; vivimed to name a few. Medicare people visited Ukraine and shared news to both countries higher authority and embassies. Now Ukrainian started welcoming Indian companies again with better friendly attitude.

We request to ease shelf life extension NOC, COPP, FSC and product permission for export manufacturing.
