Govt Job for M.Pharm, M.Sc as Analyst at SBTIC

Society for Biotechnology Incubation Centre (SBTIC), invites applications for the position of an Analyst to work at Biotechnology Incubation Centre (BTIC),AIC,Plot No 15A, Alexandria Knowledge Park, Genome Valley, Shameerpet, Hyderabad in BIRAC Project.

The SBTIC has been established by CSIR-Indian Institute of Chemical Technology, GoTS and DBT to accelerate the commercialization of new technologies and to nurture &assist new biotech enterprises. Accordingly, SBTIC established the BTIC.

Post :Analyst – LC-MS/MS, HPLC(1 post)

Qualification & Experience : MSc.(Chemistry / Physics), M.Pharm, with at least 2 years of experience in the analysis of different type of analytes using NMR, HPLC, LC-MS/MS, HRMS analyses.
Age : 35 years

Nature of Job : The candidate will be integral in the entire analytical process including sample preparation, method development, completion of analytical reports.

The candidate is expected to train and supervise junior staff as well as liaison directly with customers.

Other responsibilities include maintenance/calibrationof the equipment as required, data processing, data interpretation, troubleshooting, maintaining lab orderliness, coordination with administrative duties and perform other duties as assigned.

General Terms:
1) The candidates are expected to have good communication skills, able to stretch working hours to complete the assigned job when required, able to handle other equipments like pH meter, sonicator, centrifuge, vortex, balance etc.,with good knowledge in computers.

2) The tenure of appointment will be initially for One Year
3) Age relaxation may be given to exceptional candidate.
4) Total Emoluments
a) Senior Analyst -Rs.25,000/- to 30,000/-Consolidated per month, based on experience
