States with their concerned departments where licenses for  oxytocin manufacturing have been issued should examine the licenses of all existing manufacturers to confirm that the same has been issued strictly in accordance with Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Rules 1945 and that the manufactures mandatorily comply with all the conditions of Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Rules 1945, framed thereunder.  In case of violations, Immediate appropriate actions as per the statutory provisions should have been taken.

Oxytocin manufacturers submit needs to submit data prior so that data can be accessible at Drug Controller by 7th of every month.

These steps if followed accordingly then we can expect good output from it.
