Govt Job: For M.Pharm, M.Sc, Ph.D Job at National Institute of Pathology | Pay upto Rs. 58,280 pm

The Indian Registry of Pathology was established in 1965 under the auspices of the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) in New Delhi, India as a centre for the collection and distribution of teaching materials in pathology.

The Registry was renamed in 1980 as the National Institute of Pathology (IOP) in view of its expanded scope and activities.

As per the need of the post-independence era when a large number of new medical colleges were coming up, IRP took up the initiative with the original aims and objectives of collection, classification, duplication and distribution of a representative spectrum of histopathological teaching material to several medical colleges, institutions, individual pathologists and clinicians.

Online applications are invited in the prescribed format up to 05:00 PM by February 18, 2022 for filling up the following temporary posts in the project entitled “A pre-clinical in vivo study for evaluating anti-Biofilm FDA approved drugs in reducing treatment duration of anti-TB drugs” on contractual basis at, ICMR-National Institute of Pathology, as per the details provided below. After screening of applications, only shortlisted applicants will be called for interview.

Age Limit : 35 Years

Consolidated pay : @ Rs.58280 p.m. consolidated

Duration : 1 Year

Essential Qualifications : PhD or M.Sc/M.Pharma /M.Tech having 3 years research, teaching and design and development experience.

Desirable : PhD in Biological Sciences/Pharmacology, preference shall be given to candidates who have prior experience of handling laboratory animals as evident from research publications.

Candidates who are already working elsewhere should provide NOC from current employer at the time of interview.

No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. The appointment is terminable with one month’s notice from either side.

The selected candidate will have no claim for regular appointment under ICMR or continuation of his/her services in any other project.
