Youth arrested with 2366 tablets and several injections in Nichlaul

Nichlaul:  A joint team of police and SSB conducted a major operation in the Bargadwan police station area of ​​Maharajganj. The team arrested a youth with drugs near Padiyatal temple.

On Thursday evening around 5 pm, information was received from an informer. The information was that a young man was going to Nepal with drugs. The team immediately reached the spot and surrounded the area and caught the young man.

During the search, 60 Amps of Diazepam injections were found from the youth. Along with this, 59 Amps of Buprenorphine injection and 60 Amps of Phenergan injection were also recovered. Apart from this, 2366 tablets of Proxico Ispas tablet, 62 strips of Spasmo-Proxyvon Plus and 10 strips of Nitravet were also recovered. 37 Bottles of Onerex cough syrup were also recovered.

The arrested youth was identified as Ashish Chaudhary, a resident of Bargadwan. A Realme mobile and Rs 280 cash were also recovered from him. SHO Yogendra Kumar said that a case has been registered against the accused under the NDPS Act and he has been sent to jail.
